Eau de toilette: what it is and how to use it

Eau de toilette, by definition, is one "bath water" , has an olfactory structure that develops mainly in the top notes, that is, those composed of the smallest molecules that form the fragrance but, they are also those that evaporate most quickly. The scents emanating from the top notes are traditionally defined as fresh and give life to a light fragrance , designed more for day than evening. The main characteristic of the eau de toilette is a pungent and stimulating fragrance at the beginning, which fades gently with the passing of time, its average persistence in fact has a duration 3-4 hours .
