Delivery Methods

The products ordered on our site will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form at the time of purchase. To simplify the management of your future purchases, by registering on our site you will be able to access the personal section "MY ACCOUNT" . From here, you will have the possibility to create and manage a book of addresses for delivery, so as to conveniently choose where to receive your orders without having to enter new data each time.

Within your personal area, you can also monitor the status of your order until it is completely processed. Alternatively, on our site you will find the "TRACK YOUR ORDERS" function, through which you can check the progress of the shipment in real time. When the courier takes charge of the order, you will receive an email with the tracking code. This code will allow you to follow the path of your purchase and know the expected day of delivery. Once the courier has completed the delivery, it will be considered completed when the product is physically made available to you.

Delivery Times

For the Italian territory, shipping costs are € 5.90 , regardless of the weight or number of products purchased. However, for orders over € 79.90 , shipping will be free . As for delivery times, we indicate the main details below:

• Approximate delivery times for Italy: For most Italian locations, the expected delivery times are 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. For more difficult to reach locations, such as Venice and the smaller islands, up to 2 additional working days are required.
• Working days: Working days are considered to be from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays.
• Special conditions: Delivery times may be delayed in the event of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes or other extraordinary events. In addition, during the period from December 20 to January 7 , deliveries may be slowed down due to the increase in orders. For shipments to other countries in the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days . Even in this case, any delays may occur due to force majeure.

Processing Times

Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient service. Details on processing times are as follows:

• Orders received from Monday to Friday during normal working hours are processed the same day , provided they are received before 12:00 .
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the next working day .
• For orders received during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on Italian holidays, processing will take place on the next working day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on destination and total order amount:

• Italian territory: Shipping has a fixed cost of € 5.90 , without any limit on weight or quantity of items ordered. For orders with a total equal to or greater than € 79.90 , shipping is free .
• European Union: For shipments to European Union countries, the cost is €12.00 , regardless of the weight or quantity of the items.
