Payment by Credit Card

Credit card payments are handled through the Banca Sella direct payment gateway , ensuring secure transactions without the need to create an account. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard. All transactions are protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol , ensuring maximum data security.

This payment method does not incur any additional costs.

Payment by Cash on Delivery

Payment is made in cash (up to €999.99) directly to the courier upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount of your order available, as the courier does not accept bank checks or cashier's checks and does not provide change. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the delivery being cancelled.

Please note :

• Cash on delivery is not available for customized products.

• For any refunds relating to orders paid for by cash on delivery, you must have a bank or postal account.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer is simple and free of charge. After completing your order, you'll receive an email with the bank details for payment. Your order will be processed only after confirmation of the payment has been credited to our account.

• Credit may take up to 2-3 business days.

• Remember to indicate the order number in the reason for the transfer.
