Right of Withdrawal and Returns on Tre Pì Profumerie

Tre Pì Profumerie allows its customers, both in Italy and abroad, to exercise the right of withdrawal for parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products purchased through our site. However, the right of withdrawal is governed by specific conditions that the customer must respect.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. For the return request to be accepted, the products must:

  • Be whole and unused.
  • Be returned in their original packaging , complete in all its parts (for example, box, leaflet, any free gadgets and other accessories included in the package).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to the current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Medicines and medical devices , including homeopathic products.
  • Food, beverages and other goods intended for immediate or current consumption.
  • Goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
  • Perishable goods or goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Products which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods .
  • Opened, damaged or used products that are no longer in their original condition.

How to Request a Return on Tre Pì Profumerie

The customer can request a return whether he/she placed the order as a guest (without registration) or has a registered account. The return request can be made exclusively through Poste Italiane .

Procedure for Requesting a Return

  1. Access the returns page on our website:
    • If you are a registered customer, access the “MY ACCOUNT” section by entering your email and password, then go to “My orders” and select the order you wish to return.
    • If you placed your order as a guest, please visit the return request page for non-registered customers and enter:
      • Order number
      • Surname of the order holder
      • Order email or shipping address zip code .
  2. Please indicate the products to be returned, their conditions and the preferred resolution method:
    • Refund to original payment method.
    • Store Credit to use for future purchases.
  3. After the return has been approved by our Customer Service, you will receive an email with a QR Code to proceed with the shipment of the package via Poste Italiane. You can choose whether to deliver the return to a Post Office or a Punto Poste .

Preparing the Package for Return

  • Please package the products carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
  • Insert the printed return slip inside the package.
  • Apply the shipping label received via email to the outside of the package.

Return Costs

The return with Tre Pì Profumerie has a fixed cost of €7.50 , which will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Conditions

The refund will be issued only after the products are received at our warehouse and subjected to verification. The right of withdrawal lapses completely in the following cases:

  • Damaged or used products that are no longer intact.
  • Missing original packaging or accessories included in the package.
  • Damage caused during transportation due to inadequate packaging.

Until delivery to our warehouse, the responsibility for any damage, theft or loss during transport falls on the customer.

Refund Policy

The refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt and verification of the returned products. The refund methods vary depending on the payment method used:

  • Credit Card or PayPal : Refund to the original payment method or issue of a Store Credit, at the customer's option.
  • Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer : Refund via Bank Transfer. The customer must provide their IBAN when completing the return request.
  • Store Credit : You can choose to receive a credit on your account, which can be used without expiration for future purchases on our site.

Refund Times

The refund will be made only after the return has been received at our warehouse and after having verified that the products are in the required conditions. In the event of non-integrity of the goods or other conditions not respected, the refund cannot be issued.
