OMIA
Omia The story of the most loved EcoBio brand in Italy began in 2009: in just ten years Omia has managed to successfully establish itself in the competitive market thanks to an attentive and innovative Research and Development department that has created herbal cosmetic products made in Italy and cruelty-free year after year.
The development of new lines is a key driver of Omia's research: in 2012, EcoBio Corpo, the first complete ICEA-certified body line, was launched, and in 2013, EcoBio Capelli, making Omia the undisputed leader in organic and natural hair products , including shampoo, conditioner, and conditioner. 2014 was the year of EcoBio Sun, with the launch of sunscreen and after-sun products, while the EcoBio Visage line was launched in 2015: with this certified dermato-cosmetological line for cleansing and facial care , Omia has developed its key beauty routines.
2016 saw the launch of EcoBio Intimo , a range of four different intimate hygiene products with skin-specific formulas developed to address the most common female needs: moisturizing products for daily cleansing, emollients for dryness and irritation , anti-odor products for the menstrual cycle, and protective products for burning and irritation. EcoBio Deo, in 2017, was the first dermatological line of eco-organic deodorants. Consisting of nine products, it is designed for delicate and reactive skin characterized by intense odors or heavy sweating : hence, there is an anti-odor line with Argan Oil, a line for sensitive skin with Tea Tree Oil (with the Deo Vapo Tea Tree Oil deodorant), and an anti-hyperperspiration line with Aloe Vera (the flagship product is the Omia Roll-On Deodorant with Organic Aloe Vera).
Finally, the latest innovation dates back to 2018: EcoBio Therapy is at the forefront of the fight against dandruff and seborrheic scalp . The Purifying Sebo-Shampoo for oily hair and the Soothing Anti-Dandruff Treatment Shampoo were introduced; scented and enriched with organic essential oils, they stand out for their new formulas, gentle on the scalp and hair, and with efficacy confirmed by clinical and dermatological tests . In a market where organic is no longer just a fad but a conscious lifestyle, the world of cosmetics is also evolving.
Omia, with just 65 items in continuous sales, obtains a 40% share of the world's eco-bio cosmetics.
