The story of the Yankee Candle brand began in 1969, when a 16-year-old student was looking for inspiration for a Christmas gift for his mother. He decided to make a candle with his own hands, using everyday materials he found in the kitchen: household wax, a red crayon, string and a milk carton. A neighbor saw the candle and bought it, leaving the student enough money to buy materials to make more. From that moment on, student Mike Kittredge began designing and hand-making candles in his family's kitchen. Later, with the help of his father, he opened a small shop that over time has grown into a global brand today.

Among its flagship products are jar candles in large, medium and small sizes, which are characterized by a prolonged combustion with fragrances that match any season. The jars are made of high quality paraffin, ideal as a complete decor and each wick is worked manually to ensure the best possible combustion.

Another very popular line is the Sampler candles , perfect for combining fragrances and trying new scents. Sold individually, each with its own packaging and label, they guarantee up to 15 hours of fragrance.

To instantly enhance the atmosphere of any room, Tea Light candles are ideal for creating wonderful compositions. With scented wicks that extinguish completely safely once all the wax has been used up, they offer continuous combustion that lasts from 4 to 6 hours.
