Biotherm Biocils Eye Make-up Remover is formulated with Madecassoside that regenerates the production of eyelashes and stimulates the production of collagen. It is enriched with Arginine that nourishes and repairs damaged eyelashes leaving them softer and more beautiful. Contains Citric Acid that stimulates cell regeneration.
Application
- Apply Biotherm Biocils Eye Make-up Remover to a damp cotton pad.
- Gently pass the pad over your eyelids and lashes.
- No rinsing is necessary.
