Olfactory Structure Top notes are grapefruit, bergamot, cinnamon and pepper, Heart notes are plum, cypriol oil or Nagarmotha, thyme and cardamom, Base notes are patchouli, cashmere wood, sandalwood, vetiver, cedar, labdanum, vanilla and Lignum vitae (guaiac wood).
