DEBBY FONDOTINTA MAT & PERFECT MOUSSE 02: Foundation with an innovative mousse texture with a soft and silky touch for a mattifying matte effect. The elastomeric powder inside the very sensorial formula with a powdery touch creates a “cushioning” effect, not sticky, allowing for sensoriality in application. The texture transforms as you apply it, with a matte result that controls excess oiliness of the skin. A special complex of powders improves the smoothness of the product by controlling the oily areas of the face, helping to give a long-wearing effect.
