DEBORAH EYELINER KAJAL 3IN1 DEVINE 4: The 3in1Divine Kajals allow 3 different application methods: on the upper and lower inner rim of the eye like a kajal for an intense make-up on the upper lash line, with a precise stroke, like an eyeliner, for a dramatic look along the entire edge of the eye, like an eyeshadow, blending on the eyelids, to create a smokey look. In stick format, it promises to immediately release an intense color, easy to apply, to draw ultra-precise lines, outline the contour of the eye, or obtain full or shaded effects that emphasize the look.
