Deborah's Pure Formula Multifunction Nail Polish is formulated with jojoba oil that nourishes, hardens, strengthens, whitens and adds shine to nails. It does not contain formaldehyde, toluene, DBP and camphor.
Start from the center and then spread the polish out to the sides.
Let it air dry.
It can be used as a base.
