DEBORAH EYE PENCIL KAJAL 126: Soft pencil with intense color. Easy to blend. Safe for the inside and outside of the eye. Color, precision, long-lasting, a soft and ultra-smooth texture are the pluses of the Kajal Pencil by Deborah Milano, which can also be applied to the inside of the eyelid rim: light, in butter or white tones, to make it appear larger and to illuminate the look; dark to make it deeper and more languid. Its formula contains microcrystalline wax and a blend of oils, which ensure uniformity of color and natural waxes that make the application easy and smooth. Dermatologically tested.
