Description
DIEGO DALLA PALMA GEL EFFECT BASE: A transparent gel polish base ideal for prolonging color. Its innovative formula clings to the nail fibers creating a very strong bond between nail and polish. It fights nail streaks, while the plasticizing agents create a film that protects the nail from external factors. It dries quickly, offering a strengthening base. Does not require a UV lamp. Satin packaging that protects the product from light, avoiding alterations.
Application
- Apply the product to healthy nails that are not damaged or weakened by previous treatments.
- In case of brittle nails, wait a few days before applying the gel.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
The constant search for innovative and high-performance textures and palettes has led the brand to formulate excellent face products such as liquid, cream or powder foundations, face powders, blushes, bronzers and highlighters for contouring.
