DIEGO DALLA PALMA WATERPROOF EYEBROW LINER 04: A professional eyebrow cream that fills and redraws the arch precisely, lasting all day. Soft but not greasy texture, highly pigmented and long-lasting, makes the eyebrows the protagonists of the makeup. A long-lasting and water resistant formulation with a modulable line from defined to graphic. Suitable for all skin types.
Application
- Pick up the cream with the professional angled eyebrow brush.
- Apply with light, ascending strokes, starting from the lower part of the eyebrow and gradually moving upwards.
- Start at the base of the nose and move towards the tail.
- Repeat the operations until you achieve the desired result.
- Finish by finishing with the transparent volumizing fixative.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
