DIEGO DELLA PALMA WATERPROOF EYEBROW LINER MEDIUM 42: A liquid textured eyebrow liner that draws, outlines and fills in eyebrows for an almost tattoo effect. The special latex applicator ensures precise and controlled strokes. A waterproof and smudge-proof formula that dries quickly, ensuring flawless eyebrows. Matte finish. Suitable for all skin types.
Application
- Shake well before use.
- Apply the liner along the brow bone to draw the desired shape and intensify it as desired.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
