DIEGO DALLA PALMA EYE LINER SEMI-PERMANENT BLACK: A professional eyeliner with a fluid and elastic texture. It guarantees an intense color and a precise line. Thanks to the special thin-tipped felt applicator, it ensures an immediate and full color release. An ultra-resistant formula with very long lasting hold allows for easy application, perfect even for the less experienced.
Application
- For a thin line, apply the eyeliner close to the edge of the lashes, avoiding excessive pressure.
- For those who want a more marked and thicker line, we recommend carrying out a second application.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
