DIEGO DALLA PALMA EYE LINER WATER RESISTANT: A pen eyeliner, ready to use and highly versatile that allows you to modulate the results based on the application method. Easy to use and very precise. Resists extreme conditions all day long. Glossy finish. Suitable for all types of eyes.
Application
- For a natural effect, fill the space between the lashes with the tip of the eyeliner.
- For a more intense and impactful look, mark the eyelid line by applying more pressure or go over it several times.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
The constant search for innovative and high-performance textures and palettes has led the brand to formulate excellent face products such as liquid, cream or powder foundations, face powders, blushes, bronzers and highlighters for contouring.
Also of notable importance are the mascaras and eye products, including My Toy Boy which gives extreme volume to the lashes for a sensual and magnetic look.
The range is completed by lip products with numerous formulations, hand care products, nail polishes and much more for professional make-up.
