DIEGO DALLA PALMA EYE LINER STAY ON ME WATER RESISTEN GREEN 35: an eyeliner pencil for external use with an ultra-soft texture. Quick-drying, it guarantees long-lasting hold, excellent water resistance and super intense, smudge-proof color release. No-transfer formula with a matt finish. Suitable for all eye types.
Application
- Apply the pencil close to the edge of the lashes before proceeding with the traditional application of eyeshadow.
- The product can also be used as a real eyeliner to complete the final stages of eye makeup.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
