DIEGO DALLA PALMA COLORED EYEBROW VOLUMIZING FIXER 23: A lightly colored gel that fixes, redefines and adds volume to the eyebrows. With a very light texture, rich in fibers and a specially designed applicator, it distributes the product on the eyebrows in a simple and uniform way, protecting them and keeping them tidy for a long time. A rich formula that adheres perfectly to the skin and with a matte and uniform finish that enhances the natural shape of the eyebrows adding a finishing touch to every makeup.

Comb your eyebrows along the brow bone, starting from the inside and moving outwards.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
