DIEGO DALLA PALMA TRANSPARENT EYEBROW VOLUMIZING FIXER 21: A transparent gel that fixes, redefines and adds volume to the eyebrows. With a very light texture, rich in fibers and a specially designed applicator, it distributes the product on the eyebrows in a simple and uniform way, protecting them and keeping them tidy for a long time. It can be used alone for a well-groomed look or as a finishing touch in combination with other products. It leaves a shiny finish and a natural effect.
Application
Apply the fixative following the natural trend of the eyebrow arch.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
