Diego Dalla Palma Waterproof Eye Pencil is formulated with jojoba oil, with nourishing and protective properties. It is enriched with Vitamin E with antioxidant action and Cottonseed Oil, which does not dehydrate or dry the skin.
Application
- Apply Diego Dalla Palma Waterproof Eye Pencil to the lash line, both upper and lower.
- Blend with the appropriate eye brush.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
