DIEGO DALLA PALMA WATERPROOF EYEBROW PENCIL MORE 103: A sharpenable eyebrow pencil with a medium/hard consistency that allows for uniform application and excellent blendability. Ideal for filling in gaps between the eyebrows, giving greater definition. With a full but soft and buildable stroke, it is long-lasting and resistant to water and extreme conditions. Suitable for all skin types.

Diego Dalla Palma Waterproof Eyebrow Pencil is formulated with Vitamin E with antioxidant and protective action.

Application

Comb your eyebrows with the eyebrow brush.
Make some hatches, filling in the gaps without deviating too much from the natural design of the arch.
For a softer, more orderly effect, fix your eyebrows with the transparent volumizing fixative.

Brand Information

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
