DIEGO DALLA PALMA MATT EFFECT EYESHADOW DEEP BLUE 174: An ultra-matte finish eyeshadow with a thin, silky and highly blendable texture. It guarantees immediate and buildable color release that adapts to every type of eye and makeup. The refill system allows you to choose individual eyeshadow pans to insert into an empty and customizable palette.

Diego dalla Palma created the first Make Up Studio in Milan in 1978, a laboratory from which cosmetic production began. The main customers were mostly make-up artists and, in general, those involved in film, theatre and photographic make-up. Production has recently been expanded.
