Description

MANIC PANIC FLASH LIGHTNING KIT 30 VOLUME: The Manic Panic Flash Lightning Kit is a bleaching kit, designed to lighten hair before using Manic Panic semi-permanent hair colors, to achieve a more intense color. You will need one kit for every 10 - 12 cm of hair length. It is advisable to perform a test before application. The kit contains: 1 Powder lightener 1 40 volume cream developer 1 plastic mixing bowl 1 paint brush 1 plastic cap 1 set of plastic gloves

Add the entire contents of the developer to the container and using the brush provided, mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Let it sit for a minute to thicken the mixture.

Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair, avoiding direct contact with the scalp, and wrap the hair in the cap provided or in cling film.

Check your hair at regular intervals, about every 10 minutes, by wiping a section with a damp cloth. If your hair has not reached the desired level, reapply the mixture.
