Its extra fluid texture releases an unparalleled color on the lips and an imperceptible, long-lasting film. With a velvety matt finish, it ensures zero smudging. Long-lasting. No transfer. Dermatologically tested.

Nouba Millebaci Liquid Lipstick is formulated with Vitamin E, an ingredient known for its antioxidant and anti-aging action. Borage Oil with softening and soothing properties. Silicone elastomers that give the texture creaminess and elasticity. Concentration of micronized pigments that give an intense and instant writing. Its formula is delicately flavored with vanilla.
Application
- Apply a thin layer of lip moisturizer.
- Apply Nouba Millebaci lipstick starting from the center of the lips and moving outwards.
- Wait a few seconds for it to set.
