NOUBA EYE/LIP BRUSH N.10: Small brush for eyes and lips. The shape and the small natural fibres guarantee an impeccable result on both eyes and lips. On the eyes: to create shades and highlights in specific areas of the mobile eyelid or the area around the eyes. The brush is ideal for use both dry and wet with compact or baked wet & dry eyeshadows. On the lips: to blend pencils and apply lip colours, promoting precise and uniform application of colour even in specific areas such as the corner of the mouth.
