NOUBA EYE/LIP BRUSH N.11: Medium-small brush for eyes and lips. The peculiar shape and structure in natural hair make it suitable for use on both eyes and lips. On the eyes: to create shades and highlights in specific areas of the mobile eyelid. The brush is ideal for use both dry and wet with compact or baked wet & dry eyeshadows. On the lips: to blend pencils and apply lip colors, promoting precise and uniform application of color even in small areas such as the corner of the mouth.
