Application

Take a small amount of Pupa Ombretto Vamp Matt using a brush.
Blend on the back of your hand to remove excess and pat onto your eyelid.
Apply medium and dark colors to create shadows and sculpt the eyes. Use light colors to create highlights with a matte effect.
