Pupa Ombretto Vamp Wet e Dry is formulated with a special baked technology that mixes pigments and pearls giving a bright and crystalline color. It contains a mix of velvety agents and esters to guarantee adherence and comfort.
Application
- Take a small amount of Pupa Ombretto Vamp Wet and Dry using a brush
- Smooth over the back of your hand to remove any excess.
- Use darker colours on the outer corner of the eye or on the entire upper and lower eyelid for a smoky effect, light colours on the highlights, under the corner of the brow bone, near the tear duct, in the centre of the eyelid and bright colours on the entire eyelid or just in the centre to embellish it.
