Thanks to its innovative Plex Technology formula that protects the hair fiber, respecting the hair, it is perfect for lightening without stressing the hair. The fresh mint fragrance favors a pleasant application during the bleaching service.

Rebeel's Cult Protective Bleaching Powder has been formulated with Plex Technology, which guarantees protection and hydration to the hair during the bleaching service. It has a pleasant mint scent that refreshes the hair. It is suitable for all bleaching techniques and lightens up to 9 tones, without stressing the hair fiber.

Add the oxidizing emulsion at 20, 30, 40 vol. and mix carefully with a brush until you obtain a thick and uniform cream.

The mixing ratio can vary from a minimum of (1:1) to a maximum of (1:2), depending on the technique used and the result to be achieved.

Leave it to act at room temperature until the desired lightening is achieved, but without exceeding the maximum time of 40 minutes.
