This eyebrow pencil is all about perfect detail work and extraordinary fullness. We call it a micro eyebrow pencil because of its ultra-precise tip, which allows the color to glide on with greater precision and ease. The pencil fills in sparse areas with incredibly natural detail; the velvety powder on the other end shapes and adds fullness. The expert spoolie brushes out shapes and animal hair while mixing and spreading the color HOW TO USE IT Start by using the micro eyebrow pencil to outline and draw the perfect eyebrow shape. Then use short strokes to fill in any sparse areas, working in the direction of the hair's natural growth. Then, open the powder and trace it above the brows for added fullness. Finally, blend everything together by brushing your brows up and out with the brush.
