SILKY PERMANENT 8 WEEKS 120 ML: A neutralizing solution to create a perm. Applied after the perm's processing time, it helps to fix the wave.
Application
- After the perm has been left on for a while, rinse your hair thoroughly.
- Apply the neutralizer to all the rollers.
- Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Unroll the rollers and repeat the neutralizing operation on all of your hair.
- Leave on for 5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and apply a conditioner.
- Proceed to drying.
