APPLICATION

• After shampooing, place the rollers on damp hair and distribute the Wella Creatine + Curl C emulsion. Monitor the curling effect between 5-15 minutes. When the desired effect is achieved, rinse and towel dry. Finish with Creatine + Curl - Neutralizer.
