Wella Creatine + Wave C Permanent colored hair is a revolutionary permanent formula, ideal for colored and sensitized hair. Thanks to its formulation, it allows you to obtain long-lasting wavy hairstyles, while ensuring softness and hydration. It is designed to be combined with the appropriate neutralizer, ensuring respect for chemically treated hair.

APPLICATION

• After shampooing, dry your hair slightly and place the curlers. Then apply the Wella Wave C permanent emulsion evenly. Determine the processing time by observing the desired effect.
