BELLA OGGI EYE LINER EYE PENCIL VIOLET 14: An eye pencil for the lower rim or upper rim of the eye. Leaves a precise and even line for a precise outline and intense color. Perfect hold and easy to apply, it defines the look by enhancing the shape of the eyes. Its soft texture allows for a smooth application.
Application
- On the upper eyelid: Bring the pencil as close as possible to the lash line and slowly draw a thin line from the outer to the inner corner.
- On the lower rim: the lower line should be much softer than the upper one, otherwise the effect will be too strong. In general, it is recommended that it be a third of the upper one.
