Enrico Coveri è stato una star la cui energia e vitalità sono state parte degli anni '80. Nato a Prato nel 1952, era un uomo gentile, simpatico, mondano e molto coraggioso. Iniziò la sua carriera lavorando come designer per Touche, dove ebbe occasione di esprimere e affermare il proprio talento. Nel 1977, a soli 25 anni, Enrico Coveri presentò la sua prima collezione a Parigi, per secoli capitale della moda. Fu un successo straordinario che gli spalancò le porte della moda mondiale, mettendolo in contatto con la mondanità artistica e culturale del periodo.
