L'OREAL PROFESSIONAL LUOCOLOR PERMANENT COLOR 4.12: Multidimensional and brilliant permanent color with Nutrishine technology and Grape Seed Oil. Perfectly covers up to 70% of white hair. Gives hair light, color and highlights and strengthens it deeply. APPLICATION: mix in a ratio of 1:1.5 i.e. 50 ml (1 tube) of LUOCOLOR and 75 ml of 20 vol. oxidizing emulsion. The PASTEL shades should be mixed in a ratio of 1:2 i.e. 50 ml (1 tube) of LUOCOLOR PASTEL NUANCE and 100 ml of 20 vol. oxidizing emulsion.
