NOUBA EYE/LIP BRUSH N.2: Small brush for eyes and lips. The peculiar shape and the small size of the synthetic toray fibers offer the right consistency to obtain a professional and flawless result both on the eyes and on the lips. On the eyes: to create shades and points of light in circumscribed areas of the mobile eyelid or the periocular area. The brush is ideal for use both dry and wet with compact or baked wet & dry eyeshadows. On the lips: to blend pencils and apply lip colors, favoring a precise and uniform application of the color even in circumscribed areas such as the corner of the mouth.
