Pupa Eyeliner Skinny Liner Extra is formulated with a water base that allows for quick drying and guarantees a fluid and light texture and a super adherent film. The high percentage of pigments gives a pure and intense color.
Application
- Apply eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye outwards.
- Once placed on the eyelid, the tip bends slightly and allows you to draw a very thin line.
- Use the eyeliner parallel to the lash line, follow the natural shape of the eye and immediately draw a super thin line that intensifies the lash line.
