Pupa Eye Primer is formulated with Soft Focus powders that minimize the wrinkles of the eyelid offering a smoothing effect. It contains Gelling Agents that create a barrier between the skin and the make-up and guarantee a greater adhesion of the eyeshadow.
Application
- Before applying eyeshadow, apply a thin layer of product over the entire eyelid.
- Wait a few seconds until completely dry.
- Proceed with the application of the eyeshadow.
- It can also be applied alone for a smoothing effect.
