REVLON COLORSTAY EYELINER LINE CREATOR BLACKOUT 151: A long-lasting double-ended eyeliner. One end Kohl Pencil for classic lines. The creamy and comfortable formula is lightweight and lasts all day. The other end is the high-performance liquid eyeliner that draws sharp, graphic lines, from thin to bold. The smooth and pigment-rich formula delivers intense color that does not fade and lasts up to 24 hours. Waterproof and no-transfer formula.
Application
- Use the tip of the Kohl pencil to draw a line from the inner corner of the eye and work outwards with smooth strokes.
- Use the tip of the liquid eyeliner, starting from the inner corner of the eye, and draw a single thin, sharp line along the natural lash line, or, for a cat-eye look, add a second, shorter line above the first and fill in the gap.
