WELLA BLONDOR FREELIGHTS DECOLORANTE POWDER 400 GR: A bleaching powder that allows you to obtain the exact shade of hair color, leaving hair shiny and healthy. Ensures uniform lightening of 7 shades, lightening natural and dyed hair. Ideal for creating méches, ombré, balayage, painting or ecaille. Easy to mix and apply, thanks to its creamy consistency that lasts on the hair.
Application
Use the bleach exclusively with the Freelights Vol. 6%, 9% or 12% activator.
