WELLA WELLOXON OXIDIZING EMULSION 40% VOL. 1000 ML : a soft and creamy emulsion, ideal for use in combination with Koleston Perfect. Promotes uniform color coverage and acts as an oxidant during hair coloring. It is perfect for prolonging the intensity of the color.
Caratteristiche del Prodotto:
Wella Welloxon Oxidizing Emulsion contains StablKomplex, which promotes uniform color development, thanks to the release of oxygen during coloring. It is enriched with chelating substances that avoid the lead effect of the hair, i.e. a dull and metallic color.
Application
- Mix Wella Welloxon Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:1 ratio with the color from the Koleston Perfect line.
- Proceed with dyeing.
