TOCCO MAGICO OXI-COLOR OXIDIZING EMULSION 40 VOL 1000 ML : an oxidizing emulsion in cream, made with an exclusive formula that mixes easily with any type of dye or bleach. It contains ingredients that treat and protect the hair fiber, performing a more delicate action on both the skin and the hair, avoiding permanent damage and aggression. Thanks to the acid pH it favors the final closing of the cuticles, ensuring color hold and stability.
